YOGA
SLH Recharge Yoga is a gentle yet active form of yoga that can help you gently reconnect with your body, rebalance and rebuild your muscles after exhaustion. It overcomes stagnation by combining gentle, dynamic movements with still positions.
Recharge Yoga consists of gentle, simple asanas which are specially selected for people experiencing stress-related pain, tense muscles and other physical issues linked to stress.
SLH Recharge Yoga was developed by yoga teacher Katharina Tufvesson (Soulful Living), who have many years of experience in various froms of yoga, stress
management, mindfulness and movement.
Practising asanas, mindfulness, meditation and breathing techniques (pranayama) can play an important role in self-regulation by influencing the nervous system. These techniques are also effective in calming the mind and reducing stress, among other benefits.
No prior yoga experience is necessary to participate.

Unlike more active yoga styles, yin yoga is a gentle, mindful practice that focuses on deep relaxation. Poses are held for 2–5 minutes to gently stress and heal connective tissues, such as fascia, ligaments, and joints. My
classes emphasize slowing down and focus on releasing stress and increasing flexibility through a mindful practice with long gentle passive stretches.
